Kiwi Glass, Inc. started as a small ‘handyman’ business, building and repairing screens in a tiny garage. When faced with finding quality daycare for our newborn daughter after maternity leave, we realized our options were extremely limited. Having a home based business was the answer to our prayers.  While my husband worked a full-time job during the day, I would build and repair screens between baby nap times.

We quickly gained customers and requests for larger jobs so the General Contractor licensing process began.

 

I’m a 4th generation contractor in Clatsop County plus my husband had previous construction and glass experience. He is the “Kiwi” in the Kiwi Glass, Inc. and I was born and raised in Seaside, Oregon.  We saw the need for a more customer-service oriented glass shop in this area and the rest is history!
